PRIVATE TOUR GUIDE IN ABANDONED PLACES / NEO TOKYO ROOFTOPS / IN JAPAN

It is a pleasure to meet you. I have been living in Japan since 2015. I am very experienced when it comes to exploration of the most beautiful, very unique abandoned places (all prefectures) and rooftops (Tokyo only) in Japan.
If you wish to experience different side of Japan, you are in the right place. I am happy to offer private tour guides in Japan with very unique experience for you. We will visit places so unreal you wouldn't believe on your own eyes.
The total cost of my tour guide will include:
- cost of my round trip tickets between Tokyo and the chosen location,
- cost of tour guide,
- (optionally) cost of camera gear renting.
On our trip, I am focus on you - my client. I will make sure YOU enjoy our exploration taking the best photos and videos possible while staying safe and sound.
THE PROCESS OF SETTING UP TOUR GUIDE
STEP 1
Send me a message via contact form. Please let me know which particular abandoned place, rooftop etc. you are interested in, when you wish to explore it, and how many people will join the tour.

STEP 2
If your preferred location is available to explore, I will let you know the total cost of my tour guide and my availability.
STEP 3
If you accept my offer, I will provide you my PayPal or bank account to transfer the total cost of guide.
STEP 4
After confirming the transfer, I will send you a location of the place we're going to explore. Here you decide your own way to get there. I am happy to help you to choose the best transportation available. We could even go by the same bus, shinkansen train, airplane etc.
STEP 5
After arriving, my tour guide will start. I will make sure that you get what you paid for... getting into our location, experience very unique exploration, taking unreal photos/videos and leaving the spot safe and sound.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUND
I can't accept any cancellations and refund after payment to avoid misuse of getting the locations of the very unique places I know. But I guarantee 100% refund in unfortunate case when we couldn't get into the desire spot after arriving because of external factors (such as demolition etc).
RENTING GEAR (OPTIONAL)
During the trip, I can also provide all below camera gear so you don't need worry about anything to take the high quality photos for your website or social medias:
- a professional full frame DSLR camera,
- 14mm manual wide lens,
- 24-120mm autofocus zoom lens,
- SD cards (your photos will be sent to you by cloud service after trip)
