Private Photography Journey into Japan’s Forgotten Worlds (ABANDONED PLACES & NEO TOKYO)
by Adrian Rydz, Tokyo photographer & filmmaker
Hello, I’m Adrian ( „• ֊ •„ )
I’ve been living in Japan since 2015, spending years photographing quiet Neo Tokyo rooftops and wandering through the most surreal abandoned places across the country.
If you wish to experience a different side of Japan, this is where it begins. Together we’ll step into hidden worlds that feel unreal and cinematic - places that must be seen with your own eyes, and captured through your lens.
This is not sightseeing. It’s a private artistic journey - an immersion into atmospheres where fiction and reality blur, and photography becomes the way to breathe the

During our time together, my focus is entirely on you — making sure you experience these places deeply while creating the strongest possible photos and videos. Safety, atmosphere, and vision always come first.
If there’s a particular abandoned place in Japan, or a rooftop in Neo Tokyo that speaks to you from my portfolio, feel free to reach out. Each journey is personal, tailored, and cinematic — built around the spaces you most want to see come alive through photography.

Send me a message through the contact form. Let me know which abandoned place or rooftop you’re drawn to, when you’d like to experience it, and how many people will join the journey.

Thank you! I will reply to you with a pleasure!
STEP 2
If your chosen location is available, I’ll confirm the total cost of the experience and my availability.
STEP 3
Once you accept, I’ll provide my PayPal or bank details for the payment.
STEP 4
After payment is confirmed, I’ll share the location of the place we’ll explore. You choose your own way to get there, though I’m happy to suggest the best transportation options — we could even travel together by night bus, shinkansen, or plane if you wish.
STEP 5
Upon arrival, the private photography experience begins. I’ll ensure you capture the strongest possible photos and videos while immersing yourself safely in the space — from entering the location to leaving, the journey is fully focused on atmosphere, creativity, and vision.
